Navya Naveli Nanda, the granddaughter of Bollywood legends Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, recently offered a glimpse into the dynamics of her close-knit family. Speaking on the podcast ‘What The Hell Navya’, and in a conversation with Mojo Story, Navya highlighted that unlike typical family stereotypes, disagreements within the Bachchan household are characterized by healthy debates rather than outright fights. She shared that despite possessing distinct personalities, the family members are united by a strong foundation of shared values, which she credits to her upbringing alongside her grandparents. “We don’t fight, we have healthy debates on a lot of things,” Navya stated, emphasizing that these conversations are often centered around relevant contemporary topics. She further elaborated on the importance of respect within the family, extending it to everyone, from her grandparents to her younger cousin Aaradhya and brother Agastya. Navya also touched upon her own career path, noting that while her brother Agastya has embraced acting with his debut in ‘The Archies’ and upcoming project ‘Ikkis’, she has found her passion in entrepreneurship and advocacy. She currently leads Project Naveli, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting gender equality, and is also involved in her family’s business ventures.
