Known for its lively decor, featuring jungle-themed elements and a glowing bar, the establishment offers a celebratory atmosphere. Mouni, who owns several restaurants across India, has curated a menu that balances Indian classics with her personal touch.
Diners can expect dishes priced between ₹300 and ₹800. For those with a sweet tooth, the Shahi Tukda and Gulab Jamun are priced at ₹410 each. Traditional Indian snacks like Masala Peanut, Masala Papad, Crispy Corn, and Sev Puri are available for ₹295. Kanda Bhajiya is priced at ₹355, while prawn dishes reach around ₹795. The bread selection includes Tandoori Roti for ₹105, Naan for ₹115, and Amritsari Kulcha for ₹145.
Roy shared her inspiration behind entering the food industry at the Indian Restaurant Congress 2024, highlighting her love for Indian cuisine and her dream of owning a cafe. She mentioned creating dishes like ‘Avocado Bhel’ by combining her favorite ingredients, reflecting a personal connection to her menu. She also emphasized the importance of personalization, noting the creation of a unique drink, ‘Mounilicious’, tailored to her preference for less sweet beverages.
Beyond her culinary ventures, Mouni Roy continues her acting career. She was recently seen in ‘Salakaar’ and previously played the antagonist Junoon in the critically acclaimed film ‘Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva’.
