Solving the Fingerless Hand Puzzle in Bloodlines 2
To successfully free The Gardener, you must recover four missing fingers and return them to the withered hand resting on an altar. This involves using your Heightened Senses (activated with ‘V’) to pinpoint various Sabbat markings scattered throughout the temple. Once located, you’ll need to strategically position yourself to perfectly align these drawings. Achieving this will conjure a spectral finger, glowing with a blue mist, which you can then retrieve using your Telekinesis ability (bound to ‘Q’).
Here are the locations of the four fingers:
- Finger Location 1: From the Altar, enter the room immediately to your left. The required symbol is clearly visible on the wall directly in front of you.
- Finger Location 2: Exit the previous room and turn right towards the bookshelves. The symbol is sprawled across multiple shelves. If you’re coming directly from the Altar, simply turn left, walk a short distance, and then turn left again.
- Finger Location 3: Descend the stairs from the altar and take the door on the right. You’ll spot the marking, but you’ll need to carefully jump onto the bannister pillar of the staircase to get the correct alignment.
- Finger Location 4: Facing the altar, proceed directly to the right. Drop down into the room below and turn around; the symbol is painted across the crumbling stairs. Use the rocky outcrop at the back of the room to line up the drawing.
