This significant announcement was made at the Audacity UNGA 100 Disruptors Summit, an event that brought together over 500 influential figures from government, business, science, and the arts. The summit’s core focus was exploring how humanity can truly harness the transformative power of artificial intelligence. AudacityAI is a pioneering initiative designed to anchor AI systems in core human values, ensuring that this advanced technology is purposefully aligned to accelerate societal progress.

The AudacityAI Framework Unveiled by Kunal Sood
Sood introduced this innovative framework to ensure that AI development actively contributes to improving human society, guided by a foundation of moral principles. Describing his new venture as a “platform of platforms,” Sood emphasized the critical point that without the integration of human wisdom, artificial intelligence carries the risk of exacerbating existing inequalities.
AudacityAI is not a new algorithm or a complex machine learning system. Instead, it serves as a comprehensive framework that outlines how AI models can be trained to deeply understand and internalize the values and ethical systems that govern human behavior. A key aspect of this initiative involves leveraging human leadership to align AI with “human ingenuity, compassion, and purpose,” fostering a symbiotic relationship between advanced technology and human aspirations.
A central pillar of the AudacityAI initiative is its “Storytelling Leadership Engine.” This innovative component brings together thought leaders and AI, empowering them to collaboratively create narratives and prompts. These co-created stories are designed to inspire positive action and directly embed ethical considerations into machine learning processes. Sood firmly believes that an AI system, when meticulously guided by the AudacityAI framework, can work hand-in-hand with humans to significantly amplify our collective potential.
The framework itself is structured around four fundamental elements:
- Seva (Selfless Service): This principle guides AI to prioritize serving humanity over pursuits of mere profit or unchecked power.
- Sangha (Sacred Community): This facet emphasizes fostering a global fellowship of leaders dedicated to collaborative innovation and shared progress.
- Sadhana (Spiritual Practice): This element focuses on cultivating inner resilience and clarity, crucial attributes for navigating periods of rapid technological disruption.
- Swadharma (Personal Calling): The final principle encourages aligning AI’s individual purpose with the pressing and urgent needs of the world.
Drawing parallels between the current AI revolution and the earlier IT boom, Sood urged India to move beyond being a “back-end” contributor to technology. He advocated for India to emerge as a “front-end” leader and innovator in the AI landscape. Sood was quoted saying, “Our greatest asset is not our code but our consciousness, not our algorithms but our ancient insight into the human spirit. If we can fuse that depth of wisdom with the audacity of innovation, India will not only shape the future of AI, it will illuminate the moral leadership compass of humanity itself.”
