Singer Ray J has recently made a startling claim that he is cooperating with the FBI to build a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case against his ex-girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, and her mother, Kris Jenner. Videos of Ray J making these statements during a livestream have been circulating widely on X.
In the livestream, Ray J stated, “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” even suggesting it’s “worse than Diddy.” However, Ray J has not provided further details regarding the nature of this alleged case, nor have Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, or Ray J responded to requests for comment, as reported by Page Six.
A RICO case is typically associated with prosecuting organized crime, such as drug cartels or mob activities. Notably, Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, was recently found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution, although he was not convicted on more severe racketeering charges. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
This is not the first time Ray J has alluded to such accusations. In May, during discussions about the RICO charges against Diddy, Ray J had drawn attention to the Kardashians, remarking that he “might believe it” if he heard they were charged with racketeering.
Ray J is notably linked to the infamous sex tape involving Kim Kardashian. Back in 2022, he publicly criticized Kim and Kris Jenner after Kris claimed, in a lie detector test, that she did not release the sex tape.
