Subhash Kapoor’s latest legal comedy, ‘Jolly LLB 3,’ has hit theatres and is proving to be a steady performer at the box office. The film, which brings back Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi in their acclaimed roles as ‘Jolly,’ has garnered significant attention and has maintained its momentum even on weekdays.
By the end of its fifth day, ‘Jolly LLB 3’ has reportedly collected a net domestic revenue of approximately ₹64.75 crore. The movie saw a slight dip on Monday, earning around ₹5.1 crore, but bounced back with an estimated ₹5.75 crore on Tuesday. The film has maintained a decent occupancy rate of 16.72% in Hindi circuits, with attendance growing throughout the day. Globally, ‘Jolly LLB 3’ grossed ₹83 crore during its opening weekend.
Directed by Subhash Kapoor and produced by Alok Jain and Ajit Andhare, the movie features a star-studded cast including Saurabh Shukla, Amrita Rao, and Huma Qureshi, who reprise their roles from previous installments. The film continues the legacy of the ‘Jolly LLB’ franchise, known for its blend of courtroom drama and humor.
Early reviews have been positive, with Hindustan Times noting, “Overall, Jolly LLB 3 may not outshine the first two films, but it keeps the courtroom drama spirit alive with enough laughs and solid performances to make it a worthy addition to the series.” The audience eagerly awaits to see how the film performs in its first week.
