Videos circulating from the funeral ceremony show Rupali Ganguly, who played Shah’s daughter-in-law in ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’, weeping uncontrollably. Rajesh Kumar, another prominent cast member, was also seen deeply saddened, struggling to contain his grief as he attended the last rites. The heartfelt moments were shared by many, including fellow actor Deven Bhojani and the show’s producer JD Majethia, as well as actor Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Satish Shah, aged 74, passed away after reportedly collapsing at his Mumbai residence.
