The code points to a redesigned ‘bubble apps’ system specifically for tablets. Users will be able to drag an app’s icon from a bottom corner of the screen to transform it into a floating window. For first-time users, a helpful tutorial is expected to appear, illustrating how to ‘drag to the bottom corners to make it float,’ complete with an animation demonstrating the gesture from the taskbar.
This development suggests that users could soon launch nearly any Android app within a floating bubble window, leading to a much smoother and more flexible multitasking environment.
