Rose Cardamom Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- Gin – 2 oz
- Cardamom Rose Simple Syrup – 2 tsp
- Cardamom Bitters – A few dashes
- Rose Cordial Syrup – 1 bar spoonful
- Rose Lemonade – 2 oz
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker or pitcher with crushed ice.
- Pour in the gin and simple syrup.
- Add a few dashes of bitters.
- Using a bar spoon, add the rose syrup and stir thoroughly.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with crushed ice.

For the Cardamom Rose Simple Syrup:
Combine equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil. Add edible rose petals (food-grade only), ground cardamom, and a pinch of saffron. Simmer for a few minutes to infuse the flavors. Strain the syrup, let it cool, and store it in a glass bottle in the refrigerator. It will keep for 3 to 4 weeks.
