How to Register for JAM 2026
Candidates interested in applying for IIT JAM 2026 must complete their registration online through the official JOAPS portal. The extended deadline for submission is October 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM IST.
The registration process is straightforward and involves several key steps:
- Creating a new account on the JOAPS portal.
- Carefully filling in all required personal and academic details.
- Uploading scanned copies of necessary documents.
- Selecting up to two preferred test papers and three examination cities.
- Paying the applicable application fee.
- Finally, submitting the completed application form.
JAM 2026 Exam Schedule and Subjects
The JAM 2026 examination will be held on February 15, 2026, split into forenoon and afternoon sessions. The seven subjects available for the test are:
