Good news for sports enthusiasts looking to join the security forces! The Border Security Force (BSF), operating under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has announced openings for 391 Constable (General Duty) positions specifically for individuals with exceptional sports talent, under the Sports Quota for 2025. This recruitment drive is open to both male and female Indian citizens who have demonstrated their prowess in sports at national or international levels.
These roles fall under the Group ‘C’ category, meaning they are non-gazetted and non-ministerial. While the positions are initially temporary, they have the strong potential to become permanent.
