Bethesda Game Studios recently hosted its “Fallout Day Broadcast,” delivering a treasure trove of announcements for fans, even without a brand-new Fallout game. Kicking things off, a special Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition is set to launch next month, celebrating the game’s decade-long legacy.
The Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition will be packed with goodies, offering 150 pieces of Creation Club content, all six official add-ons, and access to new Creations for both console and PC players. This enhanced edition arrives on November 10 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC. For those who already own Fallout 4, an Anniversary Upgrade will be available across all platforms. Game Pass and PlayStation Plus subscribers will also gain access to the DLC and Creations content. Looking ahead, a Switch 2 port of the Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition is planned for 2026.
PC enthusiasts can mark their calendars for October 23, when preorders open for the Fallout: New Vegas 15th Anniversary Bundle at the Bethesda Gear Store. This exclusive package includes a code for Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, alongside a collection of themed merchandise:
- An 8-inch PVC statue of Victor
- Doc Mitchell’s Evaluation Cards
- A Vault Boy enamel pin
- A Mojave Express patch
- An NCR Recon patch
- And a Collector’s Big Box
While not the modern remaster many, including actor Danny Trejo, have hoped for, it’s still a fantastic tribute to the beloved title.
Fallout 76 is also stepping into the next generation with new ports for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, expected in early 2026. Existing PS4 and Xbox One players will also receive performance optimizations. Before then, on December 2, Bethesda will roll out the “Burning Springs” update for Fallout 76. This update will feature Walton Goggins reprising his role as The Ghoul from the Fallout TV series, inviting players to embark on bounty hunting missions.
And for mobile gamers, Fallout Shelter is introducing “Seasons.” These limited-time Vaults will operate separately from players’ main Vaults, each featuring a unique theme, new rewards, and fresh challenges to conquer.
Finally, Fallout fans in Texas can look forward to the second annual “Fallout Night” hosted by the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League. This event, taking place on Saturday, October 25, at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas, promises photo opportunities with Fallout cosplayers, themed concessions, and exclusive collectibles.
