Monthly Salary Details
|

- Additionally, an annual lump sum of Rs. 11,000/- will be provided for uniform stitching, conveyance, medical insurance, and term plan.

Educational Qualifications
|
- Junior Executive (Mechanical): Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive (Electrical): Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive (Metallurgy): Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Metallurgy or Material Science & Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive (Information Technology): Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive (Finance): CA, ICWA (CMA), or MBA (Finance) with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive (HR): MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive (Rajbhasha): Post Graduate in Hindi with English as a subject at the Graduation level, securing at least 60% marks.
