Always Faithful (1 dino + 3 dog tags)
Dino – (This is for the achievement/trophy called “End of an Era”) As soon as you gain control of your character at the start of the mission, turn around to find the T-Rex dinosaur figure on the table behind you. Interact with the dino for the achievement.
#1 – The first dog tag appears after you exit the tank and proceed toward the sniper squad’s rendezvous point. As you head up to meet them, look to your left, and the tag will be on a crate near the ammo resupply.
#2 – When planting the second C4 charge, turn left into the room, and you’ll spot the dog tag hanging from the back of a support column, alongside a knife and a poster.
#3 – Once you reach the rooftop, the final dog tag is located near the edge, next to an orange drink cooler.
The Rock (3 dog tags)
#1 – As soon as you land and gain control of your character, turn around and move behind you and to the right to discover a dog tag resting on a small blue crate.
#2 – While following Carter through Gibraltar’s tunnels, you’ll pass through an underground WWII museum. After the first section of WWII memorabilia, an officer will be sitting at a desk on your left; the dog tag is on that desk.
#3 – The final tag is found after exiting the tunnels, while assisting with the AAA gun at Anne’s Battery. Descend the stairs toward the area, and the dog tag will be hanging inside a shipping container filled with gear.
Operation Gladius (3 dog tags)
#1 – After clearing your initial group of enemies on foot, you’ll be tasked with escorting a tank uphill toward City Hall. A dog tag is located just to the left of the tank, on top of a crate with other items. Be careful not to approach the tank too closely, or it will advance your checkpoint, making the tag inaccessible.
#2 – This tag is found on the back balcony area of the buildings you clear on your way to City Hall. It appears after your objective changes to “reach the overwatch position.” Look on the left side of the street, shortly before arriving at City Hall, where it rests on a table with a book.
#3 – This dog tag is found just inside City Hall. Upon entering, check the first room on the left side of the lower floor. The dog tag is hanging from a knife stabbed through a poster.
Night Raid (4 dog tags)
#1 – The first tag isn’t found until you enter the palace after disabling the power. It’s in one of the smaller upstairs rooms, hanging from a covered mirror or painting on the wall. You can collect this before or after the objective to breach the door; if missed, grab it on your way out during the escape.
#2 – Located near where you are tasked with finding the rendezvous point. This occurs after several firefights with Pax, as you regroup with your squad in a dark, open area. There’s a mural with some paint cans nearby; the dog tag is with these cans.
#3 – A helicopter will pursue you. After it disappears and you move through a building with your squad, check a clothing shop on your left before entering the plaza. The dog tag is on a display stand with other items.
#4 – You’ll find the final tag when you enter the room with the RPGs, tasked with taking down the helicopter. The dog tag is hanging from a knife stuck in a Pax poster.
No Sleep (3 dog tags)
#1 – Found at the mission’s start when attending Acre’s briefing. During the briefing, turn your back to Acre and look at the wall; a dog tag is sitting on the table across from him.
#2 – During the section where you clear the Pax HQ. After the cutscene, check the HQ to find a dog tag hanging from a knife sticking out of a corkboard or similar wooden surface.
#3 – The last tag for the level is found immediately after the chase scene concludes and you’re back on foot. A tunnel will be in front of you, with a large shipping container full of supplies to your right. Go through the container to find the dog tag on the right.
Moving Mountains (4 dog tags)
#1 – Inside the firehouse. You’ll find this dog tag upstairs on the kitchen counter.
#2 – When tasked with locating the drone command center, you’ll traverse a park playground. After eliminating the enemies there, you’ll approach a small trailer with construction equipment outside. The tag is on the floor of the trailer, by the L-shaped desk.
#3 – While moving through the subway tunnels, you’ll find the third tag when the level opens up into the larger part of the subway station. The tag is situated just below the maps/directory, alongside a green bag and a plushie.
#4 – The final tag is found just after exiting the tunnel. As you run to secure the Fulton FOB, veer right and enter the park area across the road. There, you’ll find a dead soldier on the ground with the level’s last dog tags.
Nile Guard (2 dog tags)
#1 – Once you exit the tank and proceed on foot with the troops, you’ll leave the main street through a small building with PC monitors. Upon exiting the back of this building, look right; the tag is on the ground by a tree.
#2 – Immediately after collecting the first tag for the mission, you’ll move into an open courtyard with your troops. This tag is in one of the rooms on the left side of the courtyard, hanging from a knife sticking out of a Pax poster.
Operation Ember Strike (4 dog tags)
#1 – The first tag is found near the mission’s start. When you hop on the 4-wheeler to explore the valley, drive straight down toward a small cluster of old buildings. Enter the broken building directly in front of you to retrieve the dog tag on the floor by a rug. If you’ve reached the Old Fort objective point, you’ve gone too far.
#2 – As you push up the center of the valley, you’ll pass through a small village and then cross a river. Immediately after crossing, you’ll see three buildings up the hill. Head inside the center building, and you’ll find the dog tag sitting on a crate right under the window.
#3 – The third tag is found on the road to Datalink Delta, reachable just after checking on Lopez. It’s up on the ridge, not far from where the sniper was positioned. Disregard orders to proceed to the switchblade for a moment, and head up to the ridge behind the blue port-a-potties. The tag is on a military crate.
#4 – After taking out the Delta SAM, you’ll regroup with your squad and receive some dialogue. Once you regain control, head up the hill and look on the left side of the road. A dog tag is sitting on a crate there.
Always Forward (4 dog tags)
#1 – Found near the mission’s start, at the large white and blue warehouse you clear when tasked with getting through the outpost. It’s on the ground with some gear, near one of the large trucks inside.
#2 – When tasked with disabling NXC Alpha, you’ll find it outside the third building you pass through before following the troops along the road. It’s just out the backside and on your right, sitting on a ledge near some sandbags and gear.
#3 – Upon entering the first bunker to disable an NXC launcher, proceed all the way to the back to find the dog tags sitting on a large crate with a helmet and gear pouches.
#4 – In the bunker where you retreat and are tasked to find Kincaid. As soon as you regain control of your character after a brief dialogue, you’ll find the mission’s last dog tag on a crate with a laptop and a helmet.
