After just under two days, Battlefield Studios has reversed the recent ticket count adjustments made to Battlefield 6, responding directly to player feedback. Previously, the developer had announced on Wednesday that ticket numbers for Conquest maps would drop from 1000 to lower figures. However, within 48 hours, they confirmed that ticket counts across all Conquest maps would return to their original 1000.
Now, every Conquest match will start with 1,000 tickets for each team and a 45-minute time limit. Initially, the developer had lowered the starting ticket numbers to between 700 and 900, depending on the map, aiming to quicken match pacing. However, this change is being rolled back, and Battlefield Studios acknowledges that players might now experience longer matches on expansive maps such as Mirak Valley and Firestorm.
The developer stated, “We will continue to closely monitor player feedback and analyze gameplay data to guarantee that the pacing and overall flow of matches feel just right.”

This latest reversal is part of several significant updates from Battlefield Studios. They also recently announced plans to address XP farming exploits and introduce substantial improvements to player progression.
Battlefield 6 Season 1 is set to launch on October 28th, coinciding with the rumored release of the game’s battle royale mode.
Adding to the game’s recent headlines, Battlefield 6 achieved an impressive milestone by selling over 7 million copies at launch, marking it as the most successful opening in the franchise’s history. GameSpot’s review awarded Battlefield 6 a score of 7 out of 10.
