The email, with the subject line ‘Casting Invitation for Bigg Boss Season 19 – Wildcard Entry,’ praised Grover for his ‘dynamic personality, engaging social media presence, and unique appeal.’ It presented the opportunity as exclusive.
Grover, however, seemed unfazed and replied with a touch of humor, sharing the screenshot on X with the captions: “Haha! Salman bhai se pooch le!! Mai to free ho jaaunga tab tak” (Haha! Ask Salman brother! I’ll be free by then) and “Yeh ‘mail merge’ kisi ki to naukri khayega.” (This ‘mail merge’ will cost someone their job). He also playfully implied that his own show, ‘Rise and Fall,’ has become a significant competitor to Bigg Boss, leading to such ‘desperate’ casting calls.
