Just days after Honor officially teased the Magic 8, an exciting new leak has given us a sneak peek at its more premium sibling, the Honor Magic 8 Pro. Alleged hands-on images, courtesy of a well-known tipster, suggest the Pro model will largely mirror the standard Magic 8’s design, prominently featuring a striking large circular camera module on its rear. Expect to see some refined differences, like a gracefully curved frame.
Honor Magic 8 Pro’s Stunning Design Revealed
The prolific tipster, Digital Chat Station, recently unveiled a series of hands-on images of the Honor Magic 8 Pro on Weibo. These photos indicate that the device will boast a design consistent with both its predecessor and the standard Magic 8. A prominent large, circular camera array is visible on the back, which houses three advanced sensors and an LED flash. Intriguingly, ‘AiMAGE’ branding within this module confirms the phone’s commitment to AI-powered imaging enhancements.

Based on the images, the Honor Magic 8 Pro could feature an immersive quad-curved display paired with a sleek, curved back panel. Its screen sports a pill-shaped notch, reminiscent of the Honor Magic 7 Pro. On the right side of the frame, users will find the power and volume buttons, along with an intriguing third, currently unidentified button. The left side, however, remains unblemished and clean.
Intriguingly, one of the shared images also sheds light on some of the device’s potential specifications. The Honor Magic 8 Pro is depicted running MagicOS 10, boasting a substantial 16GB of RAM and a generous 1TB of internal storage. Powering this advanced smartphone is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a detail that Honor itself has recently confirmed.
The Honor Magic 8 series is officially scheduled for launch in China on October 16. Reports suggest that these new smartphones will feature a remarkable 200-megapixel rear camera. While the standard Honor Magic 8 is anticipated to come with a 6.58-inch display, the Magic 8 Pro is expected to sport a larger 6.7-inch screen.
