* Jowy: Voiced by Shinba Tsuchiya
* Nanami: Voiced by Ayumi Hinohara

Furthermore, Katsuyuki Konishi and Yuichi Nakamura will be reprising their roles as Viktor and Flik, respectively, having previously voiced these characters in the upcoming mobile game, *Suikoden: Star Leap* for iOS.
The anime is produced by Konami Digital Entertainment, the creators behind the original *Suikoden* RPG series. YUZO is at the helm as director at studio KONAMI animation. Michihiro Tsuchiya is handling the series composition, while Ryo Yamauchi is responsible for the animation character designs, and Koji Nakamura is composing the music.
This TV anime is set to adapt the enthralling narrative of *Suikoden II*. The story follows two young boys, Riliu, the hero, and his best friend, Jowy, as members of a youth brigade in the powerful Highland Kingdom, a military nation in the Dunan region. They shared dreams under the same starry skies, slept in the same tent, and envisioned a bright future together, believing their normal lives would resume once the conflict ended. However, destiny had other plans. Swept into the relentless currents of war, these once powerless boys are thrust into a world where they must grasp immense power. As the 108 stars glimmer ominously on the horizon, Riliu and Jowy embark on separate paths, each seeking their own answers to an unfolding, complex fate.
