Netanyahu Defiantly Rejects Gaza ‘Genocide’ Claims at UN Amidst Delegations’ Walkout

During a contentious address to the United Nations on Friday, September 26, 2025, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu strongly refuted allegations of “genocide” in Gaza. He also denied claims that Israel was employing starvation as a weapon, asserting instead that his nation was actively providing sustenance to the residents of the war-torn Palestinian territory.

Netanyahu declared, “Those who spread the blood libels of genocide against Israel are no different from those who propagated similar defamatory accusations against Jews in the Middle Ages.”

His address followed a dramatic scene where dozens of delegates from various nations collectively exited the UN General Assembly hall just as he was about to begin.

To the remaining delegates, he forcefully dismissed the prospect of a Palestinian state, branding it “national suicide” for Israel.

“Israel will not permit a terrorist state to be imposed upon us,” he asserted. “We refuse to commit national suicide simply because you lack the courage to confront hostile media and antisemitic groups calling for Israel’s demise.”

In a move reminiscent of past appearances, Netanyahu utilized visual props. He displayed a map of the region ominously labeled “THE CURSE,” which he then marked with a prominent pen. Later, he attached a QR code to his suit jacket and presented a board featuring a multiple-choice question, which he read aloud to the assembly.

Throughout his speech, he repeatedly commended former President Donald Trump, recognizing him as a crucial ally in his regional political and military strategies.

Netanyahu also revealed an “unprecedented operation” where the Israeli army intends to seize the mobile phones of Gaza residents and Hamas operatives, then broadcast his speech live directly through these devices.

Addressing the UN on Friday, September 26, 2025, Benjamin Netanyahu reaffirmed Israel’s commitment to continuing its war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. He also conveyed a message to the hostages still held by Palestinian militants, assuring them, “We’ve not forgotten you – not even for a second.”

He asserted that Israel had “crushed the bulk” of Hamas’s “terror machine” and was determined to conclude the operation “as fast as possible.”

Netanyahu concluded by celebrating what he described as a year of strategic Israeli victories, notably including actions against Iran’s nuclear program and the assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in Lebanon.
