Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, ‘Homebound’ tells the story of two childhood friends from a small North Indian village. They pursue a coveted police job, hoping it will grant them the dignity they’ve always lacked. However, as they draw closer to their aspirations, growing desperation puts a strain on their deep friendship. The film is scheduled for release in Indian cinemas on September 26.
