Fans worldwide are buzzing with excitement as it’s been officially announced that the beloved Chinese animated series, ‘Link Click,’ is receiving a live-action Japanese drama adaptation. This thrilling new series is slated to premiere on Saturday, April 11, at 11:40 PM JST, co-produced by Japanese broadcasters Tokai TV and Fuji TV alongside bilibili.
The drama features a talented cast, with Taiki Sato stepping into the shoes of Cheng Xiaoshi (also known as Toki) and Kanata Hongo portraying Lu Guang (Hikaru). The series is planned for a ten-episode run, concluding on June 13.
Behind the scenes, the production boasts an impressive creative team. Hiroaki Yuasa, known for his work on the ‘Play It Cool, Guys’ live-action, is at the helm as director. Atsuhiro Tomioka, recognized for his contributions to ‘One Piece: Stampede,’ is serving as both series composer and scriptwriter, with additional scripts provided by Harumi Doki. The original score for the drama will be composed by Tatsuhiko Saiki.
