In a recent social media announcement, the Noida-based smartphone company revealed that the Lava Bold N2 will officially launch in India on February 17th at 12 PM local time. The company is building anticipation for the new device with the captivating tagline, ‘Be Fearless, Be Bold.’ This statement, shared through their official channels, underscores their commitment to innovation and setting new benchmarks.
Further emphasizing its market strategy, Lava has confirmed that the Bold N2 will be sold exclusively through Amazon in India. Despite the confirmed launch date and platform, key specifications such as the display size, battery capacity, internal chipset, and crucial pricing details for the eagerly awaited Lava Bold N2 remain under wraps.
This official reveal follows earlier teasers from the Indian smartphone giant hinting at the Bold N2’s imminent arrival. A dedicated Amazon microsite for the device also went live recently, offering a glimpse into its aesthetic with confirmed availability in stylish grey and black color options, alongside its overall design.
The Lava Bold N2 is expected to feature a modern dual rear camera setup, neatly integrated within a square-shaped module. Confirming one of its key photography features, the phone will include a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear, accompanied by an LED flash for enhanced low-light performance.
Design-wise, the Lava Bold N2 showcases a sleek, flat rear panel with the company’s branding subtly positioned on the bottom-left. The device is built with a flat metal frame and includes essential physical controls: a power button and volume rockers on the right side. Connectivity options on the bottom edge will comprise a versatile USB Type-C port, a traditional 3.5mm audio jack, and a speaker grille.
As the successor to the Lava Bold N1, this new model follows in the footsteps of a device launched in May 2025, which retailed from Rs. 5,999. The Bold N1 was available in Radiant Black and Sparkling Ivory, boasting a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, powered by a Unisoc 9863A chipset, and featuring a substantial 5,000mAh battery. These specifications hint at what we might expect from the N2, suggesting a focus on solid performance and user experience.
