Need olives in Arc Raiders? Securing a steady supply of basic resources is crucial, and upgrading your loyal companion, Scrappy, is hands down the most effective way to do this. This means you can save your valuable inventory space for rarer, more impactful finds during your raids.
After you’ve successfully gathered all those delicious lemons and apricots for Scrappy, your feathery friend will start craving some more sophisticated snacks. Along with prickly pears and a plush Cat Bed (because this chicken truly understands luxury!), you’ll need to collect six olives in this thrilling co-op game to keep Scrappy happy and productive. Below, we’ve pinpointed all the olive locations on the Arc Raiders map that we’ve discovered so far.
Finding Olives in Arc Raiders
Just like with lemons and apricots, Arc Raiders olives are primarily found on the ground near their respective trees or by shaking the trees themselves. Olive trees are noticeably larger than the smaller shrubs you might have encountered previously, as illustrated in the image above.
Always be on the lookout for maps where the ‘Lush Blooms’ event is active. This event significantly boosts the spawn rates for all gatherable vegetation and also introduces small baskets containing olives and other valuable produce.
The Blue Gate Location
It might sound obvious, but the ‘Olive Grove’ Point of Interest (POI) is, unsurprisingly, the prime location for collecting olives. In our experience, the closer you venture towards the Nature icon on your map, the higher your chances of discovering olive-bearing trees or scattered olives. Be cautious, however, as the nearby Ruined Homestead often swarms with Arcs, and you’re likely to encounter a patrolling Bombadier if you get too close. While the grove itself is generally safe, keep an eye on these potential threats as you gather your olives.
And there you have it – your guide to finding olives in Arc Raiders! If you’re new to The Blue Gate map, remember to explore other guides for completing quests or finding essential items like Hatch Keys for easier extraction from this challenging area.
