The series is expected to include three models: the Oppo Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 Mini. Interestingly, earlier rumors had suggested a “Pro Max” variant instead of the standard Reno 15, with the base model initially rumored to be a compact version.
Delving into the expected specifications, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro and Reno 15 Mini are tipped to feature 6.78-inch and 6.32-inch 1.5K flat displays, respectively. The standard Oppo Reno 15 is also rumored to come with a 6.59-inch screen. All models in the lineup might feature a premium metal frame and could boast impressive IP68+IP69 ratings for enhanced dust and water resistance, offering robust durability.
Regarding performance, the new Oppo Reno 15 series is anticipated to run on a Dimensity 8450 SoC. However, some earlier reports indicated that the Reno 15 Pro, once rumored as the “Reno 15 Pro Max,” might instead feature a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC paired with a massive 6,500mAh battery.
