Aspirants seeking seats under the Punjab state quota must complete their registration by November 3, 2025. Following this, the university will release the provisional Punjab NEET PG merit list on November 6, after carefully reviewing the eligibility of all applicants, including those under the minority quota.

Verification for candidates under the Christian and Sikh minority quotas is scheduled for November 4 at the following centres:

- General category candidates: ₹5,000 + 18% GST, totaling ₹5,900
- Scheduled Caste (SC) category candidates: ₹2,500 + 18% GST, totaling ₹2,950
- NRI candidates: USD 1,500 (or the equivalent in Indian Rupees), payable via Demand Draft to the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
