The Legendary DBD Vic Viper Konami Code
To unlock the coveted Dead by Daylight Vic Viper charm, you’ll need to input the classic Konami code, but there are a couple of specific conditions to meet first. To uncover this exciting DBD easter egg:
- You must have Pyramid Head or Cheryl from the Silent Hill chapter unlocked.
- Equip either one, and back out to the main menu, as shown in the image above.
- Cheryl, Pyramid Head, or both must be visible in the image.
- Enter the code W, W, S, S, A, D, A, D, RMB, LMB, Enter.
- If entered correctly, a 16-bit version of the DBD lobby music will play briefly.
- The Vic Viper charm can now be found in your survivor and killer cosmetics.
- If you can’t find the charm, try restarting your game.

Redeeming Your Dead by Daylight Codes: A Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these easy steps to successfully redeem your Dead by Daylight codes and claim your rewards:
- Once you’re logged into the game, head to the store.
- In the store, click the “Redeem Code” button in the top-right-hand corner.
- Enter the code as it appears above.
- Click “Redeem”.
Troubleshooting: My DBD Code Isn’t Working!
If you’re having trouble redeeming a code, an error message should appear just below the redemption box, explaining the issue. If no message appears, double-check that you’ve typed the code exactly as it’s listed, as all codes are case-sensitive.
Dead by Daylight redemption error codes
- “This code could not be redeemed because you already own the associated item.”
- “This code has already been claimed.”
- “This code is not valid. Please double-check you have entered it correctly and try again.”
- “This code has expired.”
- “This code could not be redeemed due to a server error. Please try again later.”
The latter error message is the most frustrating, but it most likely just means your internet is running slowly. Try the code again and it will eventually work.
Spending Your Hard-Earned DBD Bloodpoints
While some of the active Dead by Daylight codes provide cool cosmetics like outfits or charms, many will shower you with Bloodpoints! This in-game currency is essential for leveling up your characters, but remember, Bloodpoints are exclusively for progression and cannot be exchanged for other shop items, Auric Cells, Iridescent Shards, or Rift Fragments.
Your primary way to use Bloodpoints is by spending them in the Bloodweb to level up your favorite DBD killers and survivors. A recent update allows for automatic leveling, or you can manually select each item to ‘purchase’ from a randomized assortment of offerings, perks, and add-ons. Every level cleared in the Bloodweb expands your collection and advances your character. Complete 50 levels of the Bloodweb to prestige your character and show off your dedication.
