Good news for candidates aspiring to join the Railway Protection Force (RPF) as Constables! The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially announced the tentative schedule for the crucial next stages of the recruitment process: the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and Document Verification (DV). Those who have successfully cleared the written examination can now find the official notification detailing these dates on the respective RRB websites.
According to the official notice, the PET, PMT, and DV stages are slated to commence from November 13, 2025, and will conclude on December 6, 2025. Candidates are advised to keep a close watch on the official RRB websites for their e-call letters.
The RRBs have confirmed that e-call letters for all shortlisted candidates will be made available online at least two weeks before their scheduled PET/PMT/DV date. These e-call letters will contain all essential details, including the exact date, time, and venue for the tests. It is crucial for all candidates to meticulously read and adhere to the instructions provided in their e-call letters.
Furthermore, the Document Verification process will be conducted on the same day as the PET/PMT for candidates who qualify in these physical assessments. Therefore, it is imperative for all applicants to bring along all necessary original documents, along with two sets of self-attested photocopies, for submission.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4208 Constable posts across various RRBs. The Computer Based Test (CBT) for this recruitment was held earlier from March 2 to 18, 2025, with the results being released on June 19, 2025. A significant number of candidates, 42,143, successfully qualified for the subsequent stages.
