The Finance, Banking, and Investment sector also showed robust activity, with 35 firms extending a total of 86 offers. Goldman Sachs was a key player, providing 10 offers, followed by HSBC (7), Citibank (5), and Avendus Capital (4). Meanwhile, the E-commerce, Payments, Telecom, and Entertainment sectors saw 15 organizations make 55 offers, with American Express (14) and Amazon (11) leading the charge. Furthermore, the Healthcare and Education sectors experienced a substantial boost, with nine firms offering 23 internships, marking an impressive 70% increase from the previous year. Top recruiters in this expanding segment included Sun Pharma (5), Haleon (4), and Medtronic (3).

Beyond the leading sectors, students also found opportunities in IT/Analytics/Product Management, FMCG/Retail, Manufacturing/Construction/Energy/Infrastructure, and Conglomerates. Notable recruiters in IT and Analytics included Sprinklr, Adobe, Booking Holdings, and World Wide Technology. The FMCG sector saw participation from giants like Hindustan Unilever, Amul, ITC, and The Coca-Cola Company. In Manufacturing and Energy, firms such as Tata Steel, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, and Saint-Gobain were prominent. Large, diversified conglomerates including Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Administrative Services, and Vedanta consistently maintained strong hiring numbers, reinforcing their commitment to IIM Bangalore talent.
