Jess Rowe and Miriam Payne have made history by becoming the first all-female crew to complete an unsupported 13,000km (8,000-mile) row across the Pacific Ocean. Departing from Peru in April, the duo arrived in Cairns, Australia on October 18th, after a remarkable six months at sea. Their incredible journey saw them relying on their own resilience, catching fish and cultivating vegetables to sustain themselves. They shared their extraordinary experiences with the BBC shortly after their triumphant arrival.
