The opulent residence of Shah Rukh Khan, Mannat, has long been the epicenter of glitzy Bollywood celebrations. However, in recent years, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic and due to ongoing renovations at Mannat, the superstar has scaled back his gatherings. Many were hopeful that the tradition of his legendary Diwali party would resume at his temporary residence, located in the same building complex as producer-actor Jackky Bhagnani’s home.
Unfortunately, HT City has received confirmation from Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, that the actor will not be hosting his famous Diwali bash this year either.
This news might come as a blow to fans who fondly remember SRK’s past Diwali celebrations at Mannat, where he would host friends and family to mark the festival of lights. The tradition of grand Diwali parties was a highlight in the Bollywood calendar.
Adding to the general sentiment of missing out on popular Bollywood festivities, actor Ayushmann Khurrana and his wife Tahira Kashyap Khurana have also decided not to host their annual Diwali party this year. A source close to the couple revealed that Ayushmann’s focus is entirely on his upcoming Diwali release, ‘Thamma’, leaving him with little time to organize the usual celebratory gathering.
