The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is all set to conduct the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) and Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF)/Range Forest Officer (RFO) Prelims Examination 2025 today, Sunday, October 12, 2025. The examination will be held in two shifts throughout Uttar Pradesh.
The first shift is scheduled from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and the second shift will take place from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Candidates must ensure they have their admit cards with them, as it is a mandatory requirement for entry into the examination center. It’s also advised to arrive at the center at least 90 minutes prior to the exam’s start, as entry will be closed 45 minutes before the commencement.
In addition to the admit card, candidates should bring two recent passport-sized photographs and a valid photo ID proof (both original and a photocopy).
The examination is being held across 1,435 centers in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh, with an expected turnout of approximately 6.26 lakh candidates for the 210 available posts.
The UPPSC has implemented strict measures against unfair means, making any such offense a criminal act punishable under the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, with potential fines up to Rs. 1 crore and life imprisonment.
