The excitement for Invincible Season 4 has officially kicked into high gear! A new teaser trailer, cleverly inspired by the show’s fictional Burger Mart, has confirmed that the highly anticipated season will hit screens in March 2026.
Prime Video’s sensationally popular animated superhero series is set to welcome acclaimed actor Lee Pace to its voice cast, taking on the role of the formidable villain, Thragg. Fans might recognize Pace from his work as Ronan the Accuser in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain Marvel, or more recently, as the galactic emperor Brother Day in Apple’s critically acclaimed sci-fi drama, Foundation.
Here’s a glimpse into Thragg’s character:
One of the comic’s most enduring and imposing villains, Thragg leads the Viltrum Empire as Grand Regent. Trained from birth for this role, Thragg rules his people through strength, cruelty, and will – determined to restore Viltrum to its previous glory at any cost.
The teaser trailer features a lively exchange between Mark and Atom Eve, playfully poking fun at Invincible’s rather unfortunate track record in fights. It’s a running gag among fans that Mark rarely secures a clean victory, often finding himself on the receiving end of a brutal beatdown. This theme was evident at the end of Season 3, where Invincible faced a severe challenge against Conquest before Atom Eve unleashed her powers to devastating effect.
Invincible Season 3 proudly holds the title of Prime Video’s most-watched animated season ever, and it’s also the biggest returning season across all of Prime Video’s Adult Animation Originals. With such a monumental success, expectations for Season 4 are understandably soaring.
During this year’s Comic-Con, Invincible co-creator Robert Kirkman shared several exciting updates. He announced the voice actor for Dinosaurus in Season 4, provided insights into how many seasons will be needed to fully adapt the comic book saga, and even made a lighthearted joke about Season 5 potentially arriving in 2032.
