Maruti Suzuki India has hit a remarkable milestone, officially opening its 5,000th Arena Service center in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This impressive expansion broadens the company’s extensive service network to over 5,640 touchpoints, now serving customers across 2,818 cities throughout India.
The brand’s comprehensive service ecosystem is designed to cater to diverse customer needs, incorporating various formats such as dedicated Arena and Nexa workshops, convenient Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), specialized Rural Workshops, mobile Service-on-Wheels units, and a network of Authorized Service Stations.
As of October 2025, Maruti Suzuki’s Arena lineup boasts a diverse array of vehicles. This includes popular hatchbacks like the Alto K10, Wagon R, Celerio, Swift, and S-Presso, alongside the versatile compact sedan Dzire. Their SUV offerings feature the newly launched Victoris, introduced in September 2025 as the Arena flagship, and the well-regarded Brezza. For those needing more space, the seven-seater MPV Ertiga and the practical Eeco complete the impressive range.

Continuing this momentum, the network has already processed 14 million vehicles between April and September 2025, proving its robust capability to handle over 30 million vehicles annually.
The new Coimbatore workshop spans an impressive 3,200 square meters and is equipped with four state-of-the-art service bays and an additional four dedicated body repair bays. This facility is outfitted with advanced tools and diagnostic systems, all designed to ensure a seamless and highly efficient service experience for customers. The landmark outlet was officially opened by Ram Suresh Akella, Maruti Suzuki’s Executive Officer for Service, alongside Takahiro Shiraishi, the Executive Vice President for Service.
