This exciting sequel, which will adapt Volume 4 of the original light novel series, is scheduled for a theatrical release in Japan on November 21. It will be presented as a cinematic cut subtitled ~Next Shine!~, offering five brand-new episodes of romantic entanglement and hilarious high school drama.

Meet the Creative Team Behind the Magic
Bringing this beloved story to life is a talented team. Natsumi Uchinuma, known for their work as an episode director on More than a Married Couple, but Not Lovers., is at the helm as director for the sequel at studio MOTHER. The series composition is handled by Naruhisa Arakawa (This Art Club Has a Problem!), with charming character designs by kojikoji. The enchanting music is crafted by Yoshiaki Fujisawa (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation).
The original light novels, which form the basis of this adaptation, were penned by Teren Mikami and Eku Takeshima. For those who can’t get enough of the story, Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the official English versions of both the original light novels and Musshu’s manga adaptation.
