In a surprising twist during a Halloween sting operation, police in Peru uncovered a significant quantity of suspected cocaine concealed within a child’s trick-or-treat bucket. The operation, which targeted members of the ‘Diabolicos de Malambitos’ gang, saw officers adopting Halloween disguises, a common practice in Peru for festive occasions, to infiltrate the group in Santiago de Surco, Lima.
The undercover officers, blending seamlessly into the Halloween festivities, managed to apprehend three suspects. The confiscated items included the suspected drugs found ingeniously hidden inside the plastic pumpkin. This unusual discovery highlights the creative methods employed by both law enforcement and criminal organizations.
