Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is about to be celebrated in a spectacular way! India’s PVR Inox is gearing up to host a special “Birthday Film Festival,” bringing some of the actor’s greatest blockbusters back to cinemas nationwide.
This exciting film festival is slated to kick off on October 31st, just before the beloved actor’s 60th birthday on November 2nd. Fans can look forward to a two-week cinematic journey, as the festival will span over 30 cities and more than 75 cinema halls across India.
Shah Rukh Khan, who recently earned his first National Award for his powerful role in Atlee Kumar’s directorial Jawan, expressed his deep connection to cinema. He shared that the big screen has always felt like “home” to him, and this re-release event feels like a “beautiful reunion” with his audience.
He further elaborated, stating, “These movies are not just my stories; they belong to the audience that has lovingly embraced them over the last 33 years.”
The festival’s impressive lineup promises a blend of genres, featuring iconic titles such as the 2013 romantic comedy Chennai Express, the epic romance Devdas, the intense political drama Dil Se, the action-packed Main Hoon Na, and his recent National Award-winning film, Jawan, among other fan favorites.

Looking ahead, Shah Rukh Khan is set to star in the upcoming film King. Directed by Siddharth Anand, who previously collaborated with the actor on the hit movie Pathaan, King will also feature Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Abhishek Bachchan in key roles.
